We invite you to participate in the 2011 Spring Tampa Bay Living Green Expo back in St. Petersburg at the Coliseum. This two-day event will provide information, ideas, resources, products and motivation to help residents to live more sustainably. Place your product, service, or message at this event, and you will be showcased in front of thousands of Tampa Bay residents who are looking for ways to reduce their environmental impact by adopting more sustainable lifestyles and consumer choices.

This two-day event offers workshops and children's activities, as well as more than 100 booths showcasing environmentally sound products, services and practices.

We are seeking exhibitors who can offer more sustainable choices or information about reducing environmental impacts in the following areas:

Exhibit space
Only 75 booths and 6 alcoves and will be located inside Coliseum.
Booths are 10’ x 10’ and Alcoves are 14' x 15'. All booths contain back and side drapes and will have the following: one (1) 6 ft. draped table or a 8 ft. draped table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) wastebasket.

Indoor
Commercial and Government Exhibitor: $400 ($450 after 3/1)
Alcoves: $700
501(c)3 Exhibitor: $100 ($150 after 3/1) - Only 11 spaces available
Outdoor
Commercial and Government Exhibitor: $150 ($200 after 3/1)
501(c)3 Exhibitor: $75 ($100 after 3/1)

Application Deadline is March 15, 2011
Applications will be reviewed and acceptance will be determined by exhibitor eligibility criteria (see below). The number of exhibitors will be limited in each category. Booth placement is first-come, first-served. Expo Sponsors receive priority placement.

Promotion
The Tampa Bay Living Green Expo is promoted through TV, radio and newspapers, as well as media partner(s). In addition, the event is promoted through environmental groups, state and local government, and other organizations and businesses. All Event Sponsors agree to promote the event through their organizational channels as well.
Who is eligible to exhibit
Tampa Bay Living Green, Inc., seeks to present and promote healthier, more efficient and more ecologically sound information, products and services that enhance lifestyles and create a better future for us all, and to educate attendees about the environmental impacts of widespread consumer actions and choices.
Exhibitors must offer information, resources, products or services that meet at least one of the following environmental sustainability criteria or be third-party certified: Certified by USDA Organic; Energy Star; Fair Trade; FSC; Food Alliance; LEED; Green-e, Green Globe, Green Seal, Water Star, FGBC or others approved certifications. In addition, they should be able to answer basic questions relating to these products and services.
Exhibitors may only display, promote or describe products, methods or services that meet the listed criteria, with the exception being a non-conforming product used to highlight the green/sustainable qualities of the conforming product. Non-sustainable samples or gifts that do not meet our criteria can NOT be given out by the vendors, including plastic bags.
The Tampa Bay Living Green Screening Committee will review all Expo exhibitors applications. Once a decision is made the applicant will be informed of the committee’s decision. A follow-up telephone call or email may be required to request further information.
